Terms of Service for BuildSell Access

1. Service

The provider grants remote access to BuildSell features for planning, idea validation, offer creation, sales, analytics, and automation.

2. Acceptance and account

Registration means acceptance of these terms. A paid agreement takes effect after explicit consent and successful payment. Users are responsible for account security and accurate information.

3. Plans and access

The current price is displayed before checkout. Pro and Business access lasts 30 days from payment confirmation. There are no automatic charges without a separate setup and consent. The Free plan may include functional limits.

4. Service operation

The provider maintains the service and may perform maintenance. AI recommendations are informational, may contain errors, and do not guarantee commercial results.

5. Content rights

Users retain rights to their materials and allow BuildSell to process them only to provide the service. The interface, code, and brand assets remain the property of their owners.

6. Liability and termination

Liability is governed by applicable law. Access may be restricted for legal, third-party rights, or security violations. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion.
